San Diego Daily Transcript recently featured Tessa Yutadco, the newest attorney to join WPKT's employment practice group.
As featured in the Daily Transcript article, Ms. Yutadco specializes in defending employers against discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, retaliation, unfair competition and wage-hour lawsuits.
She also advises employers regarding various personnel issues, including discipline and termination, disability discrimination, family and medical leave, as well as assisting employers in developing preventative policies and procedures to avoid employment claims and litigation.
Prior to joining Wilson Petty, Yutadco was an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Kutak Rock LLP and Fisher & Phillips LLP, where she practiced exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law.
